Banana Endurance Drink

Potassium-rich bananas and natural sodium-rich celery combined with purified water offer the perfect way to replenish your electrolytes and energize muscles after exercise.

6 ripe bananas, coarsely broken into chunks
3 stalks celery, coarsely sliced

Combine the bananas and celery in a blender an process until smooth. Add purified water or fresh coconut water to thin, if desired.

Serve immediately.
