6 med yams
½ c yacon syrup
½ c. coconut oil
Soak sweet potatoes in water in the refrigerator, overnight.
Pour off the water.
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender with as little water as possible and blend into a cream.
Spread mixture into a rectangular dish.

2 c macadamia nuts
20 honey dates, soaked and pitted
3T vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cardamom
1/8 t cloves and allspice
Blend in a high-speed blender with as little water as possible to make a cream.
Pipe or spread on the top of the sweet potatoes
