CREAM OF SPINACH SOUP

Spinach Soup3-4 cups fresh baby spinach

2 garlic cloves

1 tsp. onion powder

1 medium avocado

1 cup warm filtered water

1 golden apple, cored and chopped

1 cup cashew milk (or almond milk)

1 tsp. lime juice

Sea salt and freshly ground pepper

In a high-speed blender, process all, adding the spinach by the handful, until smooth and creamy. Serve in warmed bowls.
