2/3 cups water
1 pear or apple, unpeeled, and chopped
1/2 cup fresh cranberries
1/2 cup seedless red grapes
2 cups kale
1 Tbs. avocado, grapeseed oil, or olive oil
Put all the ingredients in a blender and process on high speed until smooth. Stored in a sealed jar in the refrigerator, Fall Green Smoothie will keep for 2-3 days.
