Ginger Nut Bites

Blend –don’t soak any of these
1 cup raw pecans
1 cup raw almonds
1/4 cup flax seeds

Add
1 1/2 cup medjool dates seeded, unsoaked
sweetener to taste –this is the tricky part.

Roll into little balls.

Sprinkle!
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves

Or Roll in flaked coconut

Enjoy!
