Ginger Nut Bites

Ginger helps reduce inflammation and control blood sugar. It also calms nausea. Flax seeds, rich in omega 3 fatty acids, has been shown to slow the growth of prostate cancer cells. They may also play an important part in increasing breast cancer survival.

Blend –don’t soak any of these
1 cup raw pecans
1 cup raw almonds
1/4 cup flax seeds

Add
1 1/2 cup Medjool dates seeded, unsoaked
sweetener to taste –this is the tricky part

Sprinkle!
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves

Or Roll in flaked coconut
