Raw Banana Ice Cream

2-3 frozen bananas (freeze without the peel!)

Place bananas in a food processor and blend until smooth.

Note: As you blend this in a food processor, you will notice that the banana looks gritty. Continue to blend and it will “cream” up like a soft serve iced cream.

Serving suggestions: This is delicious and satisfying just as it is. If you want to jazz it up a bit, add berries, raw cacao nibs, carob or cacao power, or chopped nuts, or all of them. Top with Cashew Crème for a fancy sundae.
