Rawmesan Cheese

Rawmesan 2016-61 cup cashews or walnuts ground into a powder
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
2/3 cup raw sunflower seeds
1-2 tsp sea salt
2 tsp dill (makes it more cheesy, somehow)
Dash of garlic powder (optional – for a more “Italian” taste)

Mix together all the ingredients in a food processor

Will keep for at least a week in the refrigerator.
