Red Pepper Cheese Dip

2 cups raw cashew nuts
3 cloves garlic
1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbs. chickpea miso
1 Tbs. raw tahini
1 cup red bell pepper
pinch cayenne pepper

Soak cashew nuts overnight in 4 cups filtered water. Drain. Put the garlic in the food processor first, and chop. Then add the rest of the ingredients and blend until creamy. Continue blending until creamy and serve with raw veggies.
