Sensational Apple Porridge

(makes 4-6  servings)

2  apples, cut into 1 ½”  pieces
½  cups raw walnuts
½ cup raw sunflower seeds
½ cup raw buckwheat groats, soaked for 15 minutes, then let sit for 8-10 hours
½ cup raisins soaked in water for 15 minutes
4 dates, soaked 15 minutes, pitted, or 1 Tbs raw agave nectar
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla powder or vanilla flavoring

Place apples in food processor with the S-blade and run processor until finely chopped.  Add remaining ingredients and run processor until desired consistency.
