1 jicama, sliced into long, thin strips
¼ cup honey
¼ cup olive
1/8 tsp chili powder
1/8 tsp cayenne
1 lemon, juiced
- Mix all ingredients except the jicama in a large bowl.
- Marinate the jicama in this mixture for a few hours.
- Drain and serve
