Watermelon Salsa

Servings: 8-10

3 cups diced watermelon
1 cup diced cucumbers, (preferably seedless/English cucumber)
½ cup diced mango
¼ cup minced white onion
1 Tbs fresh lime juice
1 jalapeno pepper- seeded and minced
2-3 Tbs chopped fresh basil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and toss to combine. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
