Working with me as your Health Coach will give you the guidance, support, knowledge, and accountability that will help you progress to the diet and lifestyle that is just right for you. The truth is that no one diet is right for everyone. We will work together to develop a customized plan that will lead you to the permanent, positive changes you desire.
Online Seasonal Cleanses and Detoxes
These quarterly events are offered throughout the year and include gluten-free, dairy-free recipes prepared by a whole foods chef, a workbook, guidebook, and lots more. You never have to leave your home and will still have the benefit of a private support group and an encouraging, expert health coach.
These cleanses and detoxes work wonders in revealing hidden allergies, encouraging weight loss, increasing energy, and many other improvements to overall health and well-being.
Raw Food Preparation Classes
In these hands-on classes, you’ll learn creative and simple ways to prepare healthy and amazingly delicious raw foods. These classes are a great way to immerse in the raw experience without having to pour through a stack of books or spend endless hours on the internet. All of them will help you to improve chronic conditions, manage aches and pains, and lose weight.
Workshops and Presentations
I am an experienced speaker and am available to give talks to groups of women interested in exploring options for healthier living. I present daylong workshops as well as 60-90 minute presentations that usually include interesting and fun food samples. Recipes are included, talks are interactive, and a good time is had by all.
