One-on-One Health Coaching

We will first meet for a complimentary consultation where we will talk about financial arrangements and different programs that will best address your unique needs.  During your individualized program, there will be two visits per month at my home. In addition, I’ll provide you with educational handouts, freebies and bonus gifts, complementary food, helpful and easy recipes, and teach you new techniques in the kitchen.

Working with me as your Health Coach will give you the guidance, support, knowledge, and accountability that will help you progress to the diet and lifestyle that is just right for you. The truth is that no one diet is right for everyone. We will work together to develop a customized plan that will lead you to the permanent, positive changes you desire.

After the Coaching Program

Eight weeks after the completion of your coaching program, we’ll regroup for a bonus session to review your progress and goals as well as successes you’ve been enjoying.
