Green Smoothie for Athletes

1 cup spinach
1 cup chard
1 cup collard
1 stalk celery
1 banana
1 pear
1 peach, pitted
½ avocado
2 cups fresh (or frozen) blueberries
4 Medjool dates, pitted
2 Tablespoons bee pollen (optional)
2 cups water

Add water as needed and blend to a desired consistency. Spirulina has a distinctive taste and affect.  Start very gradually and build up the amount. Yields 2 quarts
