Quick and Easy
Watermelon, preferably organic
Water, to taste
Freshly squeezed lemon juice, to taste
Scoop out watermelon flesh, then puree it in a blender until thoroughly liquefied.
Add water until the watermelon sorbet has the desired consistency. Transfer to ice-cube trays and freeze.
Once frozen, reblend the frozen watermelon cubes in the blender, adding a little lemon juice to taste. That’s it! Enjoy!
